North York area seen multiple houses in this area selling for 1.6 below. Anyone else in the North York area know much about the neighborhood etc. was previously asking 1.7 dropped to 1.5.

I currently have twos Js. Both fully remote one pays 106k while the other 85k (I'm in Canada btw).
I recently got an interview with another company I have no intention of doing 3Js but I'm always on the look out for a better one to replace j2 for example. This one pays better willing to go up to 120k but it's in office tues-thurs.
My dilemma is...should spoil my already great wfh j1 and j2 set up and trade for this newer one but it's hybrid and keep one of my current js? Or should not be greedy and leave this set up fully remote?
