My F24 BF’s M31 condom keeps “accidentally” coming off

This is more of an emotional rant since I can’t tell the people close to me.. but it’s just as the title says. I’ve had at least 3 conversations about it and each time there was a different reason.

Last time even, it was super slippery and it went into my butt and despite me telling him stop and wait a bunch he got at least 3 pumps in before he stopped. I told him he hurt me and he just said on my bad and put it in the front. I got an infection. 🤦🏽‍♀️

This time, not only did it come off once, it’s came off twice during this session. He says he was so drunk that he couldn’t tell it came off. I said no I’m sure you can tell because I noticed. We went back and forth over the technicalities of how that accident occurred and I told him if you can’t tell because you’re so drunk then we won’t do anything if we are drinking. He was not impressed by that statement.
I’m just so over it and defeated. I literally cry and break down every time he does this out of fear of having a child.

TLDR: his condom can’t seem to stay on and I’m over it so I’m ranting to Reddit

Should I get this in writing?

I want help so that I don’t do anything to put a target on my back- even though it seems like I already have.

I started this remote job April 1st. Trained for 1 week, they threw us out on the phones. After 2 weeks we went through a conversion. 3 days before conversion they called us for a meeting and threw out number expectations that do not match with current productivity. I tried to speak up and ask questions with a few others since they asked what we thought about the numbers and I provided proof from our group chart.

Monday, I was wrote up for not meeting the numbers they rolled out officially 2 weeks ago on their new system that isn’t fully working yet FOR MY FIRST MONTH OF WORK’S NUMBERS. I’m also wondering if anyone else was wrote up for what I was since I’m seeing that only 3 of 30 people have got the daily numbers only twice this month. Just seems crazy to me.

Yesterday, I accidentally get a call from a high higher up. I’m polite, apologize, and try to scurry off the phone but he is not going for it. He is really nice and asked me maybe 8-10 questions about how my life at work and as a new hire is going. I answered them like a basic interview. Then he asks me to ask him questions and give him recommendations to do better. I gave my thoughts and he agreed.
Since at the time I thought I didn’t have much to lose I just went ahead and asked..
“How do we determine what the numbers and expectations should look during this conversion?”
He answered it genuinely and in a way that made sense.

The call went well, I teams the chat and tell them that the owners are calling around to see what we are doing and jokingly said to stay diligent.

Today I get a teams call from my manager saying that I did great speaking to him. There’s only one problem- I should’ve asked her the questions instead of him. She said my questions were inappropriate and she will set up meetings with other higher ups if i have questions but to only ask them to her instead.

I want to ask her to please summarize this conversation in an email, since asking questions to the owner that wanted them shouldn’t be an issue. I just feel like I’m being critiqued like crazy ever since I spoke up. Maybe this about to be a hard lesson learned lbvs.

TLDR: My manager isn’t happy I asked questions to her higher up even though he asked me to. Pulled me into a meeting to tell me to only go through her.
