Currently on Tirzeptide 8mg every 6 days. Down about 55 pounds in 6 months but hit a hard plateau for the last month.

Should I add 2mg of reta with my 8 mg of tirz?

Is this retarded or is there any benefit to be had?

My first three weeks I gané 200 a week doing 2 express shops with a single drop off each on my way home from work. Not a lot of dinero per delivery but I was on my way home so it worked out very good. What the fuck happened this week? Nothing is a single drop off? Did shit get crazy or was the algorithm change?
