I resigned but my manager won’t sign my clearance, hence the delay of my last pay

Hello, please I need to know how I should communicate my rights on the previous company I was working for.

I was an acctg staff for almost 3 years on my first ever job. My last day was on April 15, 2026. I have also wrote here before that my manager won’t accept the resignation i submitted on Feb. 23, 2026 making me compromise just until the audit was completed and until we filed the annual income tax return. I agreed since there was no way of declining her terms. Since the filing due was extended for a month (May 15) the auditors also took the chance to extend their sampling period so in short I wasn’t able to participate in the process of the agreed terms since there was no figures to file. Mind you I was just an accounting staff that helps file taxes the company incurs. Mostly expanded withholding and the submission of alphalist and other attachments.

It’s been a month now since my last day from that company. The only signatory that pertains from completing it is my former manager. They kept on saying that she will sign it on May 15 but she was out of the office and will be back on Monday the following week.

Now that the audit was done and even after rendering 30 days I still give them time whenever they need or have questions from me, because I am scared that if I don’t respond, then they will prolong the process of giving me my COE and last pay.

I have contacted the HR but they’re not responding also.
