Need help buying first BMW

Bit of background to this,

I'm looking to dip into the BMW world (hopefully not a mistake) came across this 2017 BMW 4 series 420i grand coupe.

It has 90k miles on the clock, 2 owners and 2 keys. Price tag is £11,985

I purchased an Autel AP200 to do a basic EOBD diag test on it, which I haven't don't yet as I haven't test driven the car but I plan to.

The issue is the last 5 years of history are missing from the car, now I know the engine is a B48 which is good news but I'm still learning the ropes with all of this.

Dealer has agreed to do full alloy refurb (just not diamond cut) full service, including a gearbox service as well.

I'm just wondering am I losing my mind because it seems like a good spec, doesn't have a Pano but has heated seats, I'm planning on retrofitting a screen to be adaptable to android auto.

Can I get some sense check with this, I don't want to be buying a lemon.
