Had a big bowl of leftover brown jasmine from last night, it just hit me when i was considering what to make this morning. I've never actually made fried rice, but i went for it. Cut up about 1 to 2 slices of bacon, diced onion, added a bit of oil, then high heat, added the rice, a bit more oil, a couple dashes of sesame oil, fried it up for a bit, added 2 eggs, some soy sauce and shishitos. Served with avacado and tomato we just picked. Pretty amazing, thought i would share. Btw i think jasmine is my favorite brown rice.
She's a barred screech owl and i only assume she is the same one we've had in the owl house the past few years. She always pokes her head out if we're out in the back yard near dusk or if I'm mowing. I expect there will be fledgelings soon.
Thank you to a commenter for correcting the species!
Reposting because i forgot to add the pics lol....

This is for fellow techs. So I'm not really looking forward to the amount of space and time required for this job. Just barely took the bumper off and some trunk trim. Looks like upper and lower tubs are toast. Also rear rebar. I'm aware of all the apertures and whatnot that will need replacing as well. I haven't been quite this deep into a Corvette since like early 2000s. Anybody here done a lower tub on this model before? It will hold a large number before totalling, not looking for dollar amounts, obviously, just want an idea if this is actually done very often
