moving to the DMV this year as soon as i find the right place. Leaning more towards DC or MD. What are the areas you suggest? Where should i avoid.
Single mama of one, and we are downsizing to be able to afford to COL. Max rent 2200. Thanks for reference I’m in PA in the suburbs rent is 1800 for a 3 br 2 bath. Crazy i know lol

I failed today. I studied for months & months, i passed the PA back to back. Felt confident while reviewing. The OA had maybe 3 or 4 questions from the pa. I’m really not doing as well i this program.
Any advice?
