Just looking for some advice.
My one drive files have been accessed by IT professionals within my Trust.
I could also see that my flexible working form has also be accessed.
Is this acceptable? I am not sure if I need to address this with IT team as surely they should ask for consent first?
And why are they accessing my files? It makes me think has there been something reported from my account?
Please could somebody look into my job and wealth aspects as I am 28 now and have been going through financial strains on and off. I work very hard at work but nothing gets recognised. I keep ending up in toxic work environments even if I look for a job change. Will things ever get better for me? I have also faced betrays at work which also caused me to lose my job. I easily get blamed for things without investigations.

I am looking for some advice. I had booked a collection with Royal Mail today (05/08/26).
I left the parcel outside in my porch with a little note for the driver saying this is the parcel needed to be collected by Royal Mail and a thank you note.
It was collected in the period booked but an hour later I received an email stating the collection was unsuccessful.
I went to look for the parcel outside and it was not there. I checked the CCTV camera and saw the driver collected but he did not scan the parcel. It was a tracked return item which I ordered through PLT.
I am not sure how to contact Royal Mail as the local services are currently closed. Any advice please?
I have the CCTV footage recorded on my phone. Am I able to raise a claim, if so how can I proceed? I have a ring door bell camera to which will have his face more clearer.
