How do I access my blood test results from hospital?

So I checked my nhs app and my specialist blood tests that I had at heartlands hospital aren’t there. I need the test results. I heard u can get them on myhealth@uhb but I don’t have my leaflet code or letter code. How do I access the results ?

Does anyone else with pre diabetes have a buffalo hump as a male

I went to doctors for buffalo hump and the doctor done odst but results were normal (<28nmol) I also don’t have any other symptoms and am relatively strong. Doctor said it could be caused by insulin resistance or t2d which is genetic for me and after some testing prediabetes was confirmed with elevated c peptide and hba1c also lower shbg. I just want to know do any other men with insulin resistance/t2d have a buffalo hump and if so how did you get rid of it
