Can I find 1BHK in 25k in South Delhi?

I'm going to be moving to Delhi soon because of a new job. My office is in Vasant Kunj. I have read that around South Delhi, the rents have risen significantly in the past few years. Was wondering if people who are from there can give me some better insights, and hopefully some leads to as to where should I look if the office is in Vasant Kunj.

How do content creators make it work?

I have been creating content for the last 7-8 months. There has been a growth of about 6k in this period. I have posted close to 80 reels. As a 33 year old guy who works full time and also handles several side projects, I have really struggled with this entire content creation thing. It takes me a good 3-4 hours to create one reel - from research to scripting to recording to editing. It's honestly an exhausting process. And when the numbers aren't great, it also gets very demotivating. Just wanted to understand how do Influencers actually do it? How much time is it worth giving to an account which doesn't really seem to be taking off. I don't think everyone has an editor that they pay to make videos for them. So, are people really investing this much time or even more at the start of their content creator journey? Or do they straightaway get an editor on board to save time?

How to leave India?

I work in sports, specifically cricket. Now while that might seem like a great thing since so many of us grow up loving the game and wanting to be a part of it someday, my priorities in life are different at this point as a 30+ married man who's frustrated of the city. I want to escape this country for a lot of reasons, but most importantly for the way we are taxed in this country. It's soul crushing, honestly. One doesn't aspire to have a big salary because that would also mean paying a huge part of it to the govt in taxes. And in return, we get politics of hate, crony capitalists getting away with the worst of the crimes and infrastructure that's worse than that in most sub-saharan countries. I am growing tired and disillusioned real fast. But the fact that I work in cricket limits my ability to do so because it's hardly popular anywhere except a few countries outside the subcontinent. Australia and the UK might be my only two options. I wish I could get to work with the ICC that's in Dubai because Dubai is where I want to be. But despite close to a decade of experience, the chances of that happening are really small at this point. And that breaks my heart.

Weird Credit Card limit story

Last year I ordered a Swiggy HDFC credit card to take care of our monthly grocery requirements which we order through Instamart. During KYC, I don't know what exactly happened and I think they recorded my salary to be 1/10th of what it is that I got a credit card with a limit of 23000. Now, the good part is that we have never felt the need to change it because our expenses never go even close to that number. We also pay the bills on time. Should I get it changed? Will the low limit have any sort of impact on anything else like Cibil score or anything?

What to do with this soul destroying construction noise?

This has been going on for the last 4 months and I am sure it will go on for much longer. I have even got noise cancelling windows installed. But even that has reduced the noise by just 20%. And we live on the higher floors and still there's just so much noise. I wonder what it is like for those living closer to this. It starts at 8 am and goes on till 5pm. I absolutely don't look forward to weekends now because of this. Is this how every construction in this city works?

What to do with LIC Policy father took for me 8 years ago?

I got my first job around that time. My father, who is no more, got tricked by an old friend into buying an LIC policy for me. (I am saying he got tricked because he has been tricked by many people into making terrible investments, some of which turned out to be scams). This is some Jeevan Anand Policy 815 for which I have been paying close to 5k every month. It's a 35 year long policy. Sum assured is 20,00,000. Please suggest what I should do with it?

The guy is saying I will get a crore when it matures. He is giving me this calculation. Does it make sense to anyone?

Is 1.62 lakh Home loan EMI too high?

I got married a year ago. We are both in our early 30s, working in the private sector. We bought a 2bhk for which we took a loan of 2.1 crore at flexible interest rate and around 45 lakh was the down payment. The money coming in every month through salaries and rents (from my two properties that I plan to sell, more on that later) is around 3.5 Lakhs. Monthly EMI is 1.62 lakhs. Coming to the two properties, I am unsure of making more than 80 lakhs from them and I plan to put that money into the loan repayment. My question is based on the money that we earn (we do put 40k into SIPs too), is the EMI of 1.62 lakhs too steep? If I can push the 80 lakhs towards repayment in one shot, how soon should I be able to wrap it up? What should be an ideal strategy to pay it off?

Ps - I am not the smartest with finances. I just work damn hard to earn and save. And it's been 18 months since the loan began and I can't wait for it to get over. I'm giving myself 6 years to try and get done with it. Is that a practical goal?

Tell me a remote place in Himachal where I can have peace

I had a very tiring last three months due to work and I will get busy with a new job towards the end of this month. I want to spend a week alone in the hills, but I don't want to go to a Manali or a Dharamsala but somewhere deeper from there. I have been there to the main centres a lot and I genuinely want to be in a space not frequented by tourists, the loud kinds. I am a quiet tourist who doesn't drink or smoke, and definitely doesn't create a ruckus. I just want to be close to nature. Now here is where I ask for your help - What could such a place be? If I reach Manali/Dharamsala, what place around it can I go to which fulfills this criteria? I am happy to pay a driver (since I can't drive) a fair bit of money to take me to a place like that. I have stayed in Glampeco in Sethan and I loved the experience. However, I feel in the second week of June, even that place will be full.
