Hello I'm getting into pixel art for the first time in my life and this is one of the first few animations i made for a computer game i am planing on writing. do you guys think this is any good? is it too busy? all advice welcome thank you :-)

Hello I'm right now getting into game dev and thought I'd also try out creating pixel art. Since I'm new to art in general I wanted to ask for some advice. What should i focus to improve on? Also happy with general advice. thx :)
