BEGINNERS! THIS IS HOW TO SHIFT REALITIES PROPERLY

The Ultimate Guide to Reality Shifting – How It Actually Works (From My Research)

Hey everyone,

I’ve noticed a lot of people in this community are really eager to shift, but many are struggling to get there. I completely understand the frustration. That’s why I decided to do a deep dive into the mechanics of reality shifting and put together this detailed guide based on my research and personal understanding.

Just a quick note before we start: this is all based on my opinion and experience. I really value your feedback, so please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.

Terms I'll Be Using

CR – Current Reality

DR – Desired Reality

WR– Waiting Room

F10– Focus 10 (Gateway Tapes)

F12-Focus 12 (Gateway Tapes)

Understanding How Shifting Works

Before you even try to shift, it’s absolutely crucial to understand how the process actually works. Without this foundational knowledge, it’s very easy to keep missing the mark.

You may have seen people on this sub talking about the "Void State." But what exactly is it?

The Void State is the first door you have to unlock to get into your DR or WR. If you cannot reach the Void State, shifting becomes incredibly difficult.

What is the Void State?

Simply put, the Void State is when your body is fully asleep, but your mind remains sharply awake.

In this state, your awareness has no attachment to your physical body. Since your consciousness is no longer tied to your CR body, your awareness can go anywhere you choose. This is the exact moment you decide to shift.

How Does the Void State Feel?

Here are the most common sensations you’ll experience:

Heavy and Paralyzed– Your limbs feel like lead. You cannot move even if you try.

Buzzing or Vibrating – A strong, electric hum or static feeling throughout your entire body.

Floating or Sinking – You lose your sense of physical orientation and feel like you're drifting.

Silent and Still – No muscle twitches, no itches, no swallowing. Just pure physical quietness.

Expanded Awareness– You are wide awake inside, but your physical surroundings feel distant.

No Sense of Time – Minutes can feel like seconds, or hours can feel like moments.

Formless– You forget where your arms and legs end. You feel like pure consciousness.

Hypnagogic Images– You might see faint colors, shapes, or random flashes behind your closed eyes.

Peaceful Detachment– There is zero emotional attachment to the physical. You are in a state of pure observation.

Potential Fear – Briefly, you might feel a "am I dying?" panic if you aren't used to it. This is completely normal.

How to Reach the Void State?

I know you’ve probably tried many different methods before. I’m not here to give you another complicated script to visualize. Instead, I want to share a scientifically backed tool that is specifically designed to get you into this state.

You need to try the Gateway Tapes – specifically the introduction to Focus 10 (F10) . This tape is designed to help you reach the Void State.

If you aren’t familiar with the Gateway Tapes, I highly recommend you Google them to understand the science behind binaural beats and hemispheric synchronization.

Important Note:

Mastering the F10 track might take weeks—not months or years—but you have to practice daily. Consistency is key to building new neural pathways in your brain.

After you’ve mastered the F10 track, you can skip to the advanced F10 tracks and eventually the F12 track, which is precisely designed to help you shift realities.

My Advice for Beginners

If you are a beginner, do not try to shift directly to your DR first.

Your DR is usually big, complex, and difficult to visualize perfectly. This often leads to frustration. Instead, shift to your Waiting Room (WR)first.

A WR is a limited space—like a small room or a cozy apartment. Because it's smaller and simpler, it’s much easier to sense using your five senses.

How to Shift from the Void State:

When you are in the Void State and ready to shift, don't force it with complicated visualizations. Just start gently sensing your first four senses:

  1. Touch – Feel the fabric of your clothes or the surface beneath you.
  2. Smell – Notice any scents in the air.
  3. Hear – Listen for subtle sounds.
  4. See – Start by visualizing faint shapes or light.

Focus on the small details, and let the rest unfold naturally.

I hope this guide helps clear up some of the confusion around shifting. It really comes down to understanding the mechanics of your own consciousness and practicing with the right tools.

Happy shifting, everyone. You’ve got this.
