I'm having some issues getting my carplay/bluetooth working in my Passat (2017 R-Line). The touchscreen works, but when I try to pair my phone and the little menu pops up from the top saying "connect this phone no/yes" clicking the buttons never works. The same popup comes up to confirm a factory reset so I can't even do that... I already tried holding the power button down for 15 seconds to soft reset it but I'm not sure what else to do.

I'm trying to finance a used car thats listed at 9400 and I have 5k down but I don't want to deal with crazy rates. I don't have a co-signer and I am technically a contractor so I get to pick my hours. Does anyone know any good credit unions I can apply for an auto loan at? My credit is good (730) but I do not have long credit history (1.5 yrs) and I'm not sure where to apply at. Also I am in NYC so if there is anything local I should be looking into that's even better.
