Whats the support like? Is it easy to contact the supervisor/tutors etc? Do they reply quickly? Are they harsh markers?

Im currently trying to decide between three universities to complete my GDPA online.
I have done some searching myself but would like to post and ask questions as well.
The uni's are Monash, Swinburne and University of Adelaide.
People who have studied at these universities online, what was the supervisor/lecturer support like? Is it easy to contact them? Do they reply quickly? Harsh marking?
I know Monash doesn't have great reviews but I can't find many reviews on the other two. My thinking is Monash atm cause at least I know what Im in for haha
