I want to be a VTuber, but I don't have enough money for a model yet, and I don't really know how to draw, or I don't know how to draw with color. If there are any good programs for this, please let me know!

I don't have any money at the moment, but I'm using a friend's PC to stream, and I want to connect a VTube model to attract more attention. Or a program that will help me use my phone as a camera for a remote PC.
