grad job for an international

so ideally id like to go into ib after graduation and stay in London, but im international, will it be a problem?? the company will have to sponsor my visa and I've seen people saying its difficult to find a job if u require visa sponsorship. Otherwise I would love to work in the usa but I think that is way more difficult there, is this accurate??
