I know they said it's extremely rare and you only get it after drinking a certain number of perks but ever since season 1 I've never gotten another one at all. Even before season 1 I got soooo many that I thought I was just super lucky
Also by naturally spawning I mean from just killing zombies like any regular power up

I was playing some TDM and the scores were basically neck and neck but as soon as the enemy team hit 80 kills (while we had 78) the spawns were completely messed up and they were killing us as soon as we were spawning and in the blink of an eye their score was 91 while we had 80. It's something I've noticed for a while but I don't know if it's just me going crazy
