Hi there, looking at buying a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2000sq ft side-split in SW Ontario with a bunch of updates required and wanted… wanted to see if I could get a ball-park figure on what the upgrades are going to end up costing.

• window replacement
• baseboard electric heater removal, forced air has been installed but they never removed the electric heaters.
• new flooring throughout
• 2 new walk-out showers 3x4 ft
• removing wall between kitchen and living room (don’t believe it’s load-bearing) and new kitchen installed.

Gone from 265mg ave a week that gave me 1250 total test to 150mg a couple of weeks ago. I’m expecting 7-800 levels but wondering when that would show up in bloodwork?

I’d like to have the hot tub about a foot above our current decking, which means I’d need to dig down a foot to make this possible. I live in a cold winter climate, so how would I go about water accumulation around the pad etc if there would basically be a 10x10 “pit”? Thanks in advance.

Hi just doing a first mini cycle. 75mg EOD. Was on dr prescribed 100mg a week split total test at 700. Been 8 months on 100, then 8 weeks on the ugl getting 1250 total test. I have to go back to 100mg soon to test below top range soon, I’d like to hop back on soon after, how long do most stay on a mid cycle like this? I’m seeing great results, hematocrit is 50.03% and I’ll get a full panel a bit later. Thanks in advance.

This is the 2nd time, had it done 2024… did not make it 2 years. How much is this going to cost each time after the 10 year warranty is up in 2028?
