My dog is a 7 year old pit/lab/boxer? mix (uncertain the specific breeds, she was a rescue). About 65 lbs. She’s spayed. In the southeast US.

She’s a mostly black dog. I noticed part of her bottom lip is turning from black to pink. Kind of under her where her canine tooth is. It doesn’t look swollen or irritated and it doesn’t seem to bother her. The skin in that area is just turning pink and seems to be spreading. I noticed it maybe a month ago. Is it something to worry about?
