Is this rosacea, sunburn or just flushing? Appeared last night, disappeared and came back

So Im kinda confused whats going on here. This showed up last night (pics 1), and disappeared after a couple hours. I was clear all day today, but it just showed up again (pic 2). Closeup in pic 3. There could be a couple things causing it. 1) I was in the sun from 3:30-5:30 yesterday but had applied spf 50 cream. 2) I used a new exfoliant a couple hours before this showed (Elf gentle exfoliator), but only on my nostril creases and lower chin, not at all on my cheeks. 3) I have been drinking an herbal tea thats supposed to be good for skin for the past couple of weeks (goji berry, jujube and roselle) and I have had more upper cheek flushing.

My mom said she has rosacea and she thought it looked like it to her.

Im stressed because I have a laser hair removal appt in 6 days and Idk if i should cancel it.

Any input appreciated 🥺

So I was originally on 4 mg estradiol sublingually for about 5 months and had intense breast soreness and sensitivity the entire time. Ive now switched to subq injections ~4.5 mg every 5 days for 2 months now (tested at 150 ng/dL on day 4). i only recently found out biotin can interfere with the blood test, so idk what my levels accurately were on pills.

As soon as I switched to injections the soreness went away. Id say ive had the same growth rate both ways, so Im not concerned, but just curious.

Sometimes at the end of the cycle Ill take like 1 mg e sublingually, like if i i feel my levels are low and dont feel like injecting yet and this without fail brings the soreness back for a few hours. Does anyone know why or also experience this
