Anyone have experience with SoFi HYSA while serving?

To take advantage of SoFi’s highest APY for their HYSA, you must set up direct deposit with them. This gets you 6 months of 4.0 APY and after that, it drops to 3.3%. I know that .7 for 6 months isn’t much, but it’s not about that, that is just a plus I guess? Also, I know there are higher APY’s out there. however I like SoFi’s app (the simplicity, and the options you have within the app, such as opening / starting an investment portfolio) also I have heard good things about their customer service. I use Navy Fed as my main bank. I do not want to make SoFi my main bank, so is it possible to only get have only like ~10% of my pay check deposited into AOFI and the rest into Navy Fed and still get the advertised APY?

IF any of yall have any other recommendations let me know please.

Are spoon lures good for catch and release salt water fishing?

Hello everyone, this is probably a dumb question but I am just wondering if spoon lures are good for catch and release? I live near the coast so i will be mainly saltwater fishing. I know the spoon lures are good for red fish, whiting, lady fish, maybe some mackerel etc.. and these are fish I will mainly be targeting, however I do not like seafood so I will only be fishing to catch and release.

A lot of people have success with spoons here and they only have one hook, so that is another positive as I want to minimize the chance of me hurting the fish.

ALSO, do y’all have any tips on how to properly remove lures from a fish? I remember the first fish I ever caught was a Spanish mackerel with a Gotcha lure and I felt kind of bad because I was really struggling to get the hook out.

I do have buddies that fish, but they only go out like once every couple weeks and I want to get out more. Thank you!

Has anyone ever ordered from “Ready to Mount” on eBay?

Just curious. I found them on eBay with the exact wheel I want. They have thousands of positive reviews, and have the wheels I want a lot lower than any other shop I could find. However, when I google them, they do pop up, but all their reviews are from over a year ago? They’re a shop in NC.

Hello F-150 enjoyers. I recently came across a beautiful 2021 F-150 XLT. It is a fully loaded XLT (302A, Big Screen, 360 degree top-down backup camera, FX4, Crew Cab, 5.0, 4WD… basically a lariat without the leather), with 50k miles on it. The dealer has it listed for 34k, and I will put about $10k down on it. Just wondering how good of a deal this is? It has a clean carfax, with “regular oil changes” however it does have an open recall on it.

What do yall think? I have not been in the market for F-150’s for very long, but I do know trucks are crazy right now. However, even with my limited knowledge on the current market, it seems kind of steep for a XLT with 50k miles, though it is a Texas truck.

Thank you!
