Somewhat recently, I got a prescription for 10 mg instant release propranolol two times a day, overall, I've really enjoyed it and it has been a big help but the issue is that at night when it wears off, I seem to be getting adrenaline dumps that are very discomforting.

I've noticed that I pretty much have to take melatonin to fall asleep. Im having the hard time falling asleep, have been staying up much later than usual and then once i lay down the anxiety hits, vivid or disturbing dreams, really bad anxiety, and a number of physical symptoms. like my heart pounding, which also makes it even harder to sleep. Also my limbs getting cold or sore randomly.

All this while I'm trying to fall asleep. I'm curious for those of you who had a similar experience to me what you did?

Im currently in the market for a used car in Texas and my total budget is $15,000. Considering tax, title, and license obviously the base price of the car needs to be lower to make sure i can stay within the budget. I was thinking something like a toyota or honda but im just curious for some recommendations. Something reliable and decent on gas.

I had a genuinely terrifying palpitation earlier. Lasted around 45 seconds i think (it couldve been like 2 minutes even i was just scared), my heart rate spiked to 180 immediately, head got hot, lightheaded, and my heart felt like it was beating very very chaotically and like it was bouncing or something. Like it felt as if it was spasming. After it went back to mostly normal like immediately after the palpitation ended. During it happening i was panicked and instead of using the ekg app on my apple watch i just used the heart rate monitor like an idiot. Now im terrified about if it was some deadly heart rhythm and ill never know unless it happens again. Ive went through a lot of scary moments having Hyperpots but that was possibly the first palpitation or whatever that REALLY terrified me. Idk what to do anymore.

I need more horror games to play and im trying to find the best ones i havent played yet. So far ive played stuff like alien isolation, all the amnesias, still wakes the deep, visage, madison, soma, all outlasts, and a some others. Im itching for some more good games so i figured id ask here! Me and my friends have been taking turns playing different horror games and streaming them to eachother which has been a lot of fun.
