Update on Panasnoic no vacuum case

After mailing and calling customer care I got it done. If anyone didn't get vacuum and want to get it redone — remove old gas fully, then vacuum, then refill. Tell them to do it this way. Just don't let them proceed if they don't do it that way.If they disagree you can just mail panasnoic about it that they refused and all

I got to know they overcharged me by ₹675, will be getting a refund (₹699 + GST was shown on the website).

If anyone ordered from the website before 13 May you can still get it I guess, because they recently changed the offer to ₹1200 + GST. If your order was before 13 May, you can maybe still get the old price (I have screenshots if anyone needs, you can ask me). My order date was 29 April and shipped on May 4, that's what was returned on the invoice.

Technician, manager — all mentioned about mail and told if you have any issue call, don't mail(it creates some accountability ig). Please make sure they do it correctly.

Installation review of panasnoic + service

Installed my Panasonic AC which was ordered on 29 April, processed on 4 May. Shipped on 5/6, got it on 11, then ordered stand which wasn’t delivered, so had to wait and got it on 12, and today installation done. Experience was overall 4/10. Called their order related query department 20-30 times, never picked.

Today on installation, the technician installed it okay, but when I said for vacuum, he said it’s not required and I let it go (I didn’t want to force because he didn’t bring vacuum machine). Then paid and he left.

After sometime I asked the manager about it, the service provider of Panasonic near my area. He said it’s fine, vacuum isn’t important, it will work fine, and bended coppers without springs. But vacuum is important, which wasn’t done.

They called and asked me for OTP, which I told vacuuming wasn’t done. Then the lady gave the phone to manager and he called me and talked to me rudely, saying “online mai to sab bolte hai, online mai bolte hai ki khana mt khao ye vo, aap krte ho? Maine itne installation krwaya hai, abhi thk sab thik hai, aap OTP mt do, season time hai isliye nahi krwa pa rehh.” at end he told he will provide someone on monday.

I still talked politely saying I can wait, then he cut the call. I talked to different customer care no. of Panasonic(08069841333), which they just told will arrange callback from senior. Till now 2h, no callback.

Used ai a bit on Grammer and for better communication

Please let me know what are the things to check if proper vacuuming is on like need to do it for 10 15 mins?

Anything else please let me know

Thank you

Panasonic Customer care is trash + misleading offer of instalation

I ordered panasonic ac on 29 april from website there was no update about shipment anything it was just on processing for like 2 3 days so i tried to call customer care no. which was 08069841333 and they told me to call on diff no. 09289659933 which keep track of order and stuff till date i would have called 20 30 times no one have pickup till date its always busy, end automatically, stays on hold then cuts, the order shipped in 4 and got on 10, so in website its shown that installation which is 1200+gst they will provide offer in that which is 699+gst but when i asked them about this today (cz im gonna instal tmr) they are saying it was expired on 30 march so they just didnt update till now. I purchased panasonic 5 star 1.5 which costed 44,990 + 8450 extended warranty (and they got my name wrong on extended warranty ) told them they said will be updated in 24 48h maybe its more then 2 days not updated till now
