Hand Grinder Experience- Timemore C5 Esp Pro
Hello coffee experts,
My friend got me a C5 Esp Pro as a gift. I've never own a hand grinder before but my gosh I think I'm happy with it. I'm no expert with hand grinders and stuff, and honestly reading about the grind settings has been nothing but confusing trying to understand so I decided to try and experiment with fhe settings and it's been a really really fun experience.
I hope I'm not imagining this, but I feel like my cup of coffee is way better? Like it taste so much cleaner, flavorful, etc etc all good things. For reference, I use Fellow Ode Gen 2 (out of the box burr) and it's an amazing grinder but such a different coffee experience. I haven't used my Ode in 3 days since I got the hand grinder.
I hope I'm not crazy with this! I'm really liking my cup of coffee.
For any C5 ESP Pro user - any range on number should I try? Right now I'm at the 5 number ( I will do my best to understand your comments about the clicks )
