Pacific Northwest Fertility (Bellevue/Seattle, WA)

Has anyone here gone through IUI at Pacific Northwest Fertility / PNWF?

I’m moving forward with an IUI cycle and I’m trying to understand what their typical protocol is for progesterone support after trigger/IUI. I have a history of low progesterone, and I’ve heard that some clinics prescribe vaginal progesterone after IUI, while others don’t unless there’s a specific reason.

For anyone who has done IUI with PNWF:

  • Were you prescribed progesterone after IUI?
  • If yes, was it vaginal, oral, or another form?
  • Did they prescribe it automatically, or only after labs/confirmed low progesterone?
  • Did you have to specifically ask for it?

I’m not looking for medical advice — just trying to understand others’ experiences with this clinic so I know what questions to ask my doctor before my cycle gets further along.

Thank you!
