[Massachusetts] 50+ coming off long term high pay employment due to merger. I have to do RESEA….

I feel frustrated because I’m spending so much time already on applications, completing extra tasks for roles applying to. Ensuring my cover a resume ‘fit’ each role description.
To have the additional requirements beyond the standard MA UE requirements… when I know that I’m applying to at minimum 20 jobs a week even before I was let go in merger.
Feedback????
Anyone else feel ‘targeted’ by this process?

Over 7 years with a tech healthcare startup. Survived 5 layoffs, till merger and my layoff finalized 51.26.
I’ve been a24/7 365 on call all this time an used to about 60 hours a week. Plus at least 3 middle of the night pages!

It’s been one night and I’m completely lost! Work has been how I decrease life stress(check off the boxes, audit completion etc)

Swampscott mall today(well yesterday). I ran into Starbucks, I always keep my AirPods in an outside zipper pocket in backpack which was left in locked car!

I only use for work due to wearing hearing aids!

I desperately need them!

If you found please dm me
