CA EBT Question

I am currently on Ebt, and receive monthly benefits. I plan on moving in w my girlfriend who had my child. She plans on signing up for EBT too. What’s the best way to go about this in order for us to get the most benefits. Do we say we’re all one household or keep it separate? Anything else to consider? Everything is so damn expensive. Help plz.

Spackling and Sanding

I had to patch up these holes the electricians made to rewire my home. I first used spackle, then was thinking of sanding after it dries, then a layer of plaster over the sanded area to match the plastered walls. Any tips or ideas for a smooth finish?
