Credits on account after leaving

Hi!

Like many of you, I’ve had it with Rogers (mobile). I am planing to port my numbers to another carrier this weekend.

I just received an email stating that a charge I disputed (roaming on two lines - I live near the border) will be credited to my account and deducted from my next bill. My question is how will I get these funds? My next bill would normally arrive in two weeks and I’ll be long gone.

I would call Roger’s to ask this, but you know… 😅

Thanks!

Docusign lost my templates

My company has been with Docusign for 3-4 years. When we signed up, I made some template contracts and we have been using them ever since. My colleague logged in last week and everything was gone. No templates, copies or completed agreements.

We contacted Docusign and they said they had a system glitch and this happened to a few clients. Then they said sorry for the inconvenience.

They don’t have backups or anything. They refuse to compensate us for the extra work this will cause. I can’t even remember what I did 3-4 years ago to create the first template.

My boss wants to get a lawyer, which I think is a waste of time and money.

I’m just shocked that they admitted it was their fault but aren’t taking any other responsibility. All the files were on their server. Any idea how to be compensated for this? Could I be talking to an AI bot in my emails?

Thanks!

Introducing… Charlotte

Charlotte will be 10 weeks old tomorrow. We got her after losing our 15 year old westie, Sophie, in March. She is Sophie’s great niece. 😊 She has added love and joy back into to our home, as well as holes in our fingers, toes, ears, ankles and the bottom of my pjs and dresses. She is teething, and we love her!
