Is water leakage normal? MY RWD

MY RWD around 2 weeks old. Been giving it a good clean on the drive with air conditioning running. Noticed lots of water dripping from centre of under tray. Please tell me this is normal. No smell or colour to the liquid.

MY RWD number plate plinth missing?

Picked up MY RWD a few weeks ago. Just noticed as walking past another (better spec) MY that I appear to be missing a number plate plinth. Mine is not the best fitting and whilst screwed in, not the most pleasing to the eye. Is this something Si have to buy separately or is this normal for budget spec MY?

Trading in car with negative equity - confused on process

I am trading in a car with ~£1300 negative equity. I am fine to make payment but I have read conflicting reports on how this is supposed to happen.

Do Tesla pay the full outstanding prior to my MY delivery date on 12th June and I pay them the difference or do I have to make payment for negative to BMW? Is this done on the day or prior to pick up. BMW seemed pretty chill about the whole thing but they did state that it takes a few days for finance to settle. If this is done on the day of delivery then I may be a bit stuck. Has anyone had any experience here please. Thanks.
