Unpopular opinion: I genuinely enjoyed the diary writing aspect of the show.
Even though the show mocked the diaries and even had Elena burn hers, I legitimately loved the diary writing scenes. They were calm, touching moments where we saw Elena and Stefan's vulnerabilities that they didn't share with anyone else. It was also a nice break from the chaos and drama, every now and then. Another reason why S1 is my favorite, these reflecting moments were nice and relatable.

Why did Julie Plec continue to create more characters for Nina if she knew Nina was fighting for equal pay?
Elena and Katherine are from the books (they look similar but aren't Doppelgangers) yet Julie Plec created Tatia and later Amara, knowing full well that Nina was fighting for equal pay. Why would you add more load when you know it's doing more harm to your actor to the point that they have to leave since they are getting less pay for more work?
Besides, Julie Plec was constantly dismantling the Doppelganger Lore so Nina suffered for nothing, honestly. Her acting in all roles was phenomenal, regardless.

What if The Originals was a HBO show and therefore not restricted by The CW standards?
I say it would have gratuitous sex scenes and fcuk would be said at least four times an episode.
I saw Julie Plec do another show where she wasn't held back by The CW and this is exactly what she did so I guarantee TO would be the same way.

Sophia's temper tantrum in "Twice, in a Lifetime."
Sophia's plotline is that she's hanging out with a bad crowd because they are "Hip" and Dorothy puts her foot down because she finds them to be not only a bad influence on Sophia but also hazardous to her health (eating food that makes her sick and driving in bad weather) so Sophia throws a hissyfit and moves out in response. She only returns at the end when she admits Dorothy was right and claims an alibi.
Sophia was so childish, irrational and only returned when it potentially bit her in the rear, this episode. Not one of her best episodes.

Hypothetically, if The Dub were to run All In next year on the same weekend as SaudiMania in a stadium in the States, what would be your main event?
For me it would be Bryaniel back for one match against Kenny. No titles, no storyline, just REAL Graps and proving CTE is a myth.
(Great, I imagined that and now I have to change my pants again....)
After I clean myself up, My heart also says an epic, hour-long 1v1 with huge build-up, like Bruv vs. Snitchland because we need something to surpass The Great Snitchland vs Hanger Vortex of a Feud!
Damn, I love fantasy booking The Dub to beat The Ded Fed yet again. 😩💦
