I have got my covert practice 5 pin open, but finally got my first random 5 pin cylinder open! I had been trying between this one, and my sparrow 5 pin. I actually got this one before my sparrow! Now they are all opening pretty easily for me! Time to move up into more of the stuff from my random eBay lot I picked up 💪

Had to upgrade the picks, and bent my tension tool trying to rotate the plug. I found the "avoid the eBay/credit card kit" posts after failing with the eBay credit card kit. So, fitting, I ruined the tension tool; you can see the plug didn't even complete the rotation and spring back. This lock did live outside on my shed for a few years.

One of these arrived today. One has been my EDC for a month, and it absolutely sucks. Another I have been writing checks with for almost a year, and finally wanting an upgrade inspired this post

Finally trying out Warm Audio.
