Piet Mondrian's Composition (C) III on a hat

Hello everyone! I wish to not be removed for advertising but I thought it be cool to share. I want to share a cool project I worked on. This is Composition (C) III on a hat. Most people usually put Composition III, Mondrian's most famous of his works. But I felt if you put it on a hat, the center stitching will distort the red square. But with Composition (C) ooooh boy. Mondrian was extremely proportional with his geometric grid. There's this even ratio that's separated by 70% white space, leaving small patches of color pushed inwards than outwards with his later work.

Behind this hat is a reproduction of C.III and we can see in this comparison how a grid functions proportionate to symmetry. Compositions A and II are extremely chaotic and I think looks terrible on apparel on my opinion. What do you guys think?

Question about Spiritual forces of anger and evil

Hello everyone. I live in Georgia, USA. There's a giant cosmic force of anger, hate, and ego thats swimming around me. However, it wasn't like this pre-pandemic. The economic problems that are causing a lot of people to double down on their interiority and constructed sense of self to navigate the world inebriated. Even going to cafes now, it seems that class consciousness and insecurity has caused a lot of people to retreat to cheap products to feel attached to something.

Is anyone else feeling this? Is there anyone else navigating what is an ocean of systemic fear and anger and trying to fight these forces everyday? I've been at it for 3 months now and it seems that the more down the line of poverty you go, the more the constructed sense of self is completely restricted by symbols. For example: if you cross your legs like you do rich people do on tv in a grocery store while just sitting, you cause disturbance in the vibrations of the entire building, even if crossing your legs doesn't mean anything.

Hello I finally tried to make a zine!

This time, I present to you L'AMI DU PEUPLE a spiritual successor to the infamous 1789 publication by Jean-Paul Marat, the French jacobin revolutionary best remembered in Jacques-Louis David's Painting The Death of Marat. He was assassinated by Charlotte Corday for his polemic writings, hoping it would spare the deaths of many republicans. He kinda went crazy after getting a skin illness, and as kept writing, he started calling for the heads of many political leaders. I kinda didnt want to go down that route because French revolutionary writing has a tendency to make one's ego inflate into abstract proportions.

But what I did was take that similar language to call into attention the liberation of LEARNING! To stop the hyper vulgar reality of the united states and its constant simulacrums of culutre, why not just fix our souls and create interiority?

Its made with 100lb satin paper, if youre interested in having one, i can mail it to you just shoot me a po box or something through my PM.

Question about how to sell my zine

Hey r/zine im just a guy who adhd hyperfixated on a entire 186 page zine and im having trouble trying to sell it. I see a lot of people design really cute magazines that sell really well at festivals and online, i'm worried theres no market for intellectuals who like the idea of trying to navigate the existence of a soul using platonic forms, neuroscience, art history and hegalian dialecticals, while basically using high renaissance art to talk about the grandiosity of these ideas while also build giant monuments in minecraft as a way of implanting ideas in the subconscious and learning about the vagus nerve. Making religious rituals in expanding my own brain, while also making it a diary at the same time. i figured out that the reason why capitalism sucks is because everyone is walking around with trauma in their bodies that they haven't biologically released.

Yeah, so as you may have just read was probably a soup of strange ideas. And, im worried its not saleable because, well i dont know if theres a market for this. I tried charing $50, 80$ nothing. I left the price at $310 and nothing either. I even made tiny ones and charged $10 and no one bought them. I live in redneck georgia so its hard to find a bookfair close to me. And I realize. If anyone can offer me advice, that'd be great. Or, if this project is doomed to fail because of this sheer scale of it thats fine too.

i have a website www.lenfer.art if you're interest. I have a free pdf that is basically a manifesto named after the same publication Jean-Paul Marat created during the french revolution. Any pointers will do thank you. If i need to lower the price thats fine too.

EDIT: Thank you for the suggestions everyone! Im very happy y'all contributed and very grateful for it! I went ahead and decided to have issue 1 for sale if anyone is interested! https://www.etsy.com/listing/4447290067/lenfer-issue-01?ref=shop_home_active_4&logging_key=245cd7e4a6171d6a5eaed1f8fff778425cb327fa%3A4447290067

I also have some copies of 2,3,4 i was printing to try and test stuff out, but they're for sale too!
