Whirlpool Cabrio WED8000DW4 squealing after heating element repair - video

Hey all, hoping someone can help me diagnose this. My dryer stopped heating so I replaced the heating element -- good news is that's fixed and it's heating fine now. Bad news is it's making a squealing noise it never made before I went in there.

The squeal starts immediately when I hit start, is consistent the whole time it runs, and isn't a thump or scrape -- just a steady mid-tone squeal. It was completely silent before the repair.

I've already checked:

Belt is routed correctly and sitting on the original wear mark on the drum

Drum is seated properly on all four rollers

Felt seals front and back look fine

Drum turns smoothly by hand with no noise

There is a slight burning smell - but maybe that's from the heating elements replacement (no idea - I'm new to this).

Attaching a video -- any help diagnosing where this is coming from would be really appreciated. Model is Whirlpool Cabrio WED8000DW4.

Whirlpool Cabrio WED8000DW4 -replaced heating element kit, now dryer won't start at all

Hey all, hoping someone can help me troubleshoot. I have a Whirlpool Cabrio WED8000DW4. Before the repair it ran perfectly but had no heat. I replaced the heating element, Reassembled everything and now the dryer powers on electronically, lights up on the cotrol panel, but when I press start it just clicks and won't run at all.

I tested the thermal fuse before replacement and it was good. The drum spins freely by hand with good belt tension. The control panel lights up normally.

My suspicion is a loose wire connector but before I tear it all apart again I wanted to see if anyone has experience with this exact symptom on this model.

Any help appreciated! Thanks!
