Hi, I’m looking for beta readers for my dark romance WIP, Crimson Flower. It’s an angel and devil duet with a grumpy/sunshine kind of trope. It’s a romance novel with a deep plot and mystery in it and I’d like to reveal as little spoilers as possible. It follows a girl named Tsubaki, Suki for short, an innocent girl who works at the library, oblivious to almost everything. She meets a man named Luca, and her whole world changes after. He’s not what she thinks, and danger enters her life whether she likes it or not. It’s filled with subtle clues and actions that you’ll love if you like to pay close attention to a story. I’m looking for feedback on pacing, how interesting the story is, how readable/understandable it is, and attachment to the characters. It is a dark romance so it so far includes stalking and gore.
