Hi everyone,
Since yesterday I’ve had an issue with the front derailleur on my SRAM Rival AXS drivetrain while riding.
The problem: The “left and right shift lever simultaneously” button combination no longer triggers the front derailleur.
What works:
The front derailleur is connected, charged, and shows as active in the app

I can shift it up and down directly at the derailleur itself

If I change the assignment, I can also operate the front derailleur via the left or right lever individually

The combo action “left + right simultaneously” works perfectly when I assign it to a different function (e.g., rear shift up/down)

What doesn’t work: Only when I assign this exact combination (left + right simultaneously) to the front derailleur does nothing happen.
What I’ve already tried:
Completely unpaired and re-paired the system

All components are on the latest firmware

I don’t understand why the combination works fine for other functions but specifically doesn’t trigger the front derailleur. Has anyone else run into the same issue? What could be causing this, and what else can I try?

seit gestern habe ich beim Fahren ein Problem mit dem Umwerfer meiner SRAM Rival AXS Schaltung.

Das Problem:
Die Tastenkombination “linker und rechter Schalthebel gleichzeitig” löst den Umwerfer nicht mehr aus.
Was funktioniert:
• Der Umwerfer ist verbunden, geladen und wird in der App als aktiv angezeigt
• Ich kann ihn direkt am Umwerfer selbst hoch- und runterschalten
• Wenn ich die Zuweisung ändere, kann ich den Umwerfer auch über den linken oder rechten Hebel einzeln bedienen
• Die Kombi-Aktion “links + rechts gleichzeitig” funktioniert einwandfrei, wenn ich sie einer anderen Funktion (z. B. Hoch-/Runterschalten hinten) zuweise

Was nicht funktioniert:
Nur wenn ich genau diese Kombination (links + rechts gleichzeitig) dem Umwerfer zuweise, passiert nichts.
Was ich schon versucht habe:
• System komplett entkoppelt und neu gekoppelt
• Alle Komponenten sind auf dem neuesten Firmware-Stand

Ich verstehe nicht, warum die Kombination für andere Funktionen problemlos funktioniert, aber ausgerechnet beim Umwerfer nicht auslöst. Hatte jemand von euch schon mal das gleiche Problem? Woran könnte das liegen und was kann ich noch versuchen?
