for referance i am a 14 year old heightmaxxer
For context, ive been using glycine (4g) and melatonin (300mcg) before sleep every day for about 3 monts, and it was working fine so i decided to add magnesium glycinate to that and now for the past 2 days that ive been using it on my watch it recorded 38 wakeups in the middle of the night and i had basically no deep / rem sleep.
could this also be caused by not eating enough before bed?

edit: also should i give it a few more days or just quit it?
i drink a buncha milk, eat eggs, take d3, and sleep 9 - 10 hours a day.
already grew 4 cm since march
