Dear Electricity Department Varanasi and Dear DM Sir,

At this point I genuinely want to ask , is there any actual schedule for electricity in Varanasi, or do you people just cut power whenever boredom hits?

Whole afternoon people are already getting cooked alive in this unbearable heat, and then even at 2 AM the electricity starts disappearing every few minutes like some joke. Mogliii ji talks about saving electricity for the nation. Fair enough. But this doesn’t feel like "energy saving" anymore. This feels like the department has officially declared war on sleep, peace, and basic human patience. Seriously, how hard is it to provide stable electricity at NIGHT at least?

Students study all day, try to survive this heat somehow, and then instead of sleeping peacefully or preparing for exams, they’re lying awake at 2 AM sweating because somebody in the department probably thought, "haan bhai, abhi light kaat dete hain...... Kya backchodi hai be

I’m planning to do a regular BA Hons from BHU and at the same time a distance-mode BA in Criminology & Police Administration from Madras university . Just wanted to ask if this is realistically manageable in the long run or if it becomes mentally exhausting after some time. I know distance courses are more flexible, but balancing them with a regular humanities degree still feels like a lot. Would appreciate honest advice from people who have handled regular + distance courses together......!!!!

Currently living in Bhagwanpur tbh grmiyo me fat ke hath me aa gyi hai 😭😭 and room is very small, no proper ventilation, and it honestly starts feeling suffocating after a point.

So now I’m looking for a room/flat somewhere between Chhittupur and Shir Gate.

Budget: around 4k–5k

some basic things

- Separate washroom

- Good ventilation / open space

- RO water

- Decent environment overall
