I plan on buying a gfn with a prepaid card, ive seen some workarounds regarding with paypal... but my paypal currently is not verified due to my visa status, but I do have a different online wallet connected to it with a foreign visa card. Will the current workaround still work? Or did they patch that kind of workaround?

So under some circumstances I currently don't have an SSN so i cant accept the money that was given to me, I want to send the money back but I dont know how.
