BIOS updates for AMD TPM vulnerabilities ?

BIOS updates for AMD TPM vulnerabilities ?

So AMD has announced there are 2 vulnerabilities regarding the on-chip TPM modules, CVE-2026-6726 and CVE-2026-6727 in their security bulletin n° 7064 with a high severity score of 8.5 and 8.3 respectively.

Will Minisforum address this by rolling out a BIOS update for all affected products ?

In practice this would just imply refreshing the AGAESA code within the BIOS to the latest version, which would also bring a few other (performance/security) improvements depending on the model/chip/platform.

Replacement keycaps for B1/B6 Pro

I would like to replace some keycaps on a B1 Pro (has same switches and caps as the B6 Pro) of which the labeling has worn out due to gaming.

Is there any official/unofficial source for those ?

Alternatively, would key caps from another keyboard with the same switches work ?

I'm thinking about an MX Keys variant (Logitech) for instance, as those have the key labeling as a transparent bit into the key material itself, which would be ideal tbh.

Has anyone taken the keyboard apart and eventually compared the switches to other scissor/rubber-dome switches ?

Darmoshark M5 AIR V2 - First impressions

I've been using one for the last few days, coming from the M5 AIR V1 (and a M5 Pro before that), AMA.

First impressions:

  • on a glass pad it tracks slightly better than the V1. Could be the new MCU or the firmware, as they both have the same sensor.

  • the switches (omron opticals) are very light and quite spamable in comparaison to the other two, especially compared to the blue Huano's of the V1. They sound/feel a bit hollow though and make a springy ting-ing noise on actuation. It's hard to describe, but probably typical for optical switches.

  • the wheel could use some lube imho, did that to the V1 and that made a huge difference.

  • the side buttons feel crisp, just like the V1.

  • battery life is indeed much better. In 3 gaming sessions I'm barely at 75%, which on the V1 would have put me under 50%.
