About 15-13 years ago there was a movie I saw on TV

I only remember a scene of a girl (might be a teenager or an adult, maybe.) Singing a sad song in the rain

I remember she was sad and she was singing something about how no one feels like she does or nobody understands it

I might be wrong since I was a kid and my English was shit

I searched for years for that movie and didn't found anything

Sadly I do not remember any other details.

Can you help me find it please?

The woman was young adult or maybe a teenager.

The movie wasnt that old, but it was when movies were low quality and not like today.

Maybe, just maybe, the girl was blonde. But I am not sure.

I remember she was singing something like "Im stuck..." "But nobody feels it"

Or something like that. Her voice was really soft but sad, and it made me feel calm and understood (I was a sad kid so I related to her deeply)

I sadly remembered thinking to myself that if I wont remember the name of fhe movie ill never find it.

Here I am not finding it years later LOL.

But im still hopeful.

When I was younger about 13-15 years ago

There was a game I loved playing!

I would usually find it on girls games sites

I remember in the lobby of the game there was a radio playing music (songs)

And then you could choose what you wanna do if its make up or doing nails

I remember mostly doing nails.

It was a fun game, really easy, loved it but couldn't find it.

The part with the radio is really important because I remembered there were a few songs I really liked, but I dont remember anything of it and I would like to find the game so maybe I could search online for the songs that they were playing there.
