Advice for Nachmund Gauntlet Crusade?

I'm joining an active Nachmund crusade at the start of phase 2 so I've got some catching up to do. This will be my first time playing a crusade and my second time playing at all so any advice is welcome. My current plan (starting with the 1000 point matches) is to lead with a daemon prince and a rhino with 5 PM followed by deepstriking blightlords led by LoV and then deepstriking deathshroud led by LoC. Since the waves have weird point values I'm throwing in a malignant plaguecaster with the blightlord wave to get leveled up and eventually lead the PM when supplies allow or in a match where I need to shift the waves a bit. VV seems like the right Detachment to use most of the time since I don't have any units I can really leave on objectives for long and the healing should be nice with all the big units.

My main question is what should I be focusing my efforts into? The rewards for the plagues seem lacking and Brew Your Batch looks like it will take a long time to be impactful. Which battle honors would fit best and which enhancements work best since Detachment isn't a concern in a crusade? I was planning to give the prince Revolting Regeneration as my first one and eventually give LoC Rejuvenating Swarm and LoV Shriekworm familiar maybe? I know I should have FBD and MBH but I'm not sure how to best use them in a format that is so reliant on deep strike.

Any advice is welcome both for this and general 40k
