A few highlights from my 22 days of September riding 🤘🏻

Got some pics from the local resort, as well as the dirt and logging roads that have become some of my absolute favorite places to ride! Also, on a trip to Seattle, I was able to check out the surreal and fun Discovery Park!

If anyone gets over to the Spokane, WA area, hnu and let's go for a ride!

Need a hand?

Had an absolute blast making this thing, and the endless potential for posing it, funny photos, is so much fun! I definitely plan on making at least one more, in the near future 🤘🏻

Small leather box (aka The Bucket)

Hey all, here's a small leather jewelry-type container I'm just finishing up. I lucked out with that purple color as I mixed it myself, using cheap dyes and acetone. I feel like it makes the budget 6oz Tandys veg tan look pretty sweet 👌

Also, the hardware shown is super useful, but it's just a placeholder while I wait for my button studs...

Lastly: the outdoor photos are there because I stitched much of the box outside, while my cats took a rest, mid-trek. Lol.

Seeking tips and tricks for learning 'Switch Control'

Hey all, I'm taking a residential electrician course (included an image of our workbook), and to keep things short, I'm struggling to make sense of 'switch control'. I've included a pic with 2 of the questions at the end of the chapter so you get an idea of what sort of format I'm seeing.

My question is: does anyone have any tips and tricks for remembering how to wire these properly? Mnemonics or ELI5 methods, helpful tips - you know what I mean.

*There's just so much superfluous shit in the book that it's sometimes difficult for me to make sense of what I'm attempting to learn, because the pages just have too much extra (NEC stuff, exceptions, etc), of what wires go where, and why.

Like his dad, he'll take outdoor adventures over being smart, anytime 😂

Here's one-half of the cat duo, just soaking in a bit of nature.

We go adventuring every day, but we call it a trek. Even the word "trek," if mentioned at the wrong time, can spell disaster, because they *SO* look forward to it.
