We all know that she's technically still alive but at the same time, since Asat essentially wiped her out of existence, she's essentially dead at the same time.

Since, Tingyun 1/Phantylia's body aside, none of the playable characters have actually stayed dead, do you think she'll stay in the state she's currently in? If not, do you think its something that will be resolved in the next patch or years on down the line, like Tingyun/Fugue?

Personally, I hope that she kinda stays gone. I love her but she came to Planarcadia with the expectation that she might leave and it would make her sacrifice at the last moment all the more meaningful and even though we took care of him at the end of the patch, Asat just getting rid of her as quickly as he did did make him a bit more threatening and powerful.

We know that she and Xueyi were Mara struck and were essentially forced to work for the Ten Lords and I always thought it was like a "We won't let you die from being Mara struck but you WILL work for us in return" situation but... Is Hanya already dead? We know that Xueyi's soul inhabits robot bodies but I always thought that Hanya survived the ordeal that left her mara struck and Xueyi robot'd and just kept working for the Ten Lords after they prevented her Mara struck status from progressing further but since she said that she resides in the Netherworld and that she can't be part of the mortal world anymore and that her appearance is apparently scary - is she a corpse that the Ten Lords brought back to life or something?

She also sleeps and works in a coffin and the "wine" she drinks to wipe her memories of her job is said to transform into mercury inside her body when she drinks it, which is fatal to humans. That combined with her very pale and apparently very frightening appearance, is the implication in game that she's actually a corpse that was reanimated instead of just someone that was Mara struck who had the mara ailment halted?

Edit 2: Did lore research and forgot that Hyacine was actually Anaxa's assistant and not student so she's 100% not FBI.

We all know that her hands are shackled but that she undoes them for an attack or two in battle so she does use them sometimes but we never see her use them when not in battle. Do you think its just an on the job thing or that she lives her daily life without using her hands as much as possible?

Since we know why Beidou wears one because of her most recent birthday message and we can probably guess why Fischl has one (big Chuuni), Chevreuse is the only character whose reasoning hasn't been hinted at yet

Lost it due to her rough upbringing? As a result of her job? Or because it helps her aim her rifle?
