The Parliament appoints a prime Minister that leads the government, the State is lead by the President who is also elected by the Parliament
the Prime minister and the President can't be the same person, unless he is elected by more than 75% of the parliament
(Unlike what is name says, it is a moderate party that is patriotic, so not internationalist and focused on the good of ITS citizens but also socialist and progressist)
However it is against some things moderate should support
well it is hard to define, some times it is close to radicalism, some times it is moderate

that means it is really hard to keep track of their actions, which is often a problem when said accounts have important characters
if it is wanted by these accounts, no pb, but it is possible that it is just reddit's mistake
for now, only two really important acconuts are coming to my mind, but I have seen that problem for a lot of people, I just don't remember who
