Polymarket shorted me on two winning bets this week and support hasn’t responded

This has happened to me twice in the past four days and I’m genuinely confused and frustrated. Both times I won, both times I got paid way less than I should have. I never sold either position.

Bet 1 — June 5, Knicks vs Spurs Game 2

Bought Knicks $49.79 at 33%, should pay out around $150. I also bought Spurs twice ($14.84 and $14.83) so I’ll account for those going to zero. Even after netting that out I should have gotten around $120. I got $44.

Bet 2 — June 8, Spurs vs Knicks Game 3

Bought Spurs $49.88 at 34%, should pay out around $147. No opposing bets this time. I got $37.

Combined I’m out around $186 from what I should have been paid.

Both were mid-game mainline bets on the iOS app. The win screens show a way smaller cost basis than what I actually paid, like only a fraction of my shares are being counted at resolution. I have no idea why.

Opened a support ticket Friday night, still nothing. Last time I had an issue with them they reopened the ticket in the middle of the night, waited 30 minutes for a response, then closed it.

Anyone seen this before? Is there something about how these markets settle that I’m missing or is this a bug?
