Looking for Tips and Advice as a New Streamer

Hello! I'm looking for tips or advice on streaming. I've dabbled in streaming in the past, but never consistently enough to really call myself a streamer. Recently, I've decided to give it a more serious try and become active with it, but I've been feeling a bit lost on where to start and how to put myself out there.

My main reason for streaming is to meet new people and interact with others. I'm naturally a pretty quiet person and tend to be anxious most of the time, so I thought streaming could be a good way to step outside my comfort zone, connect with new people, and become a little more social.

I'd really appreciate any advice, tips, or things you wish you had known when you first started streaming. Thank you!

One thing I've been struggling with is keeping up my energy while streaming. How do you stay engaged and avoid sounding bored or low-energy when it feels like you're not making much progress or when there aren't many people watching?
