The "power level" is either their personal feats or what their kingdom/whatever achieved. The goal is to find the person with the highest ""aura""/charisma level compared to their power.

For example Othius has from what we have seen a low aura/power ratio : he is very strong but not super impressive.

Same for Flos and the Seven : They have medium/low aura compared to their strength, especially Mars. She is really fucking strong but is more low key outside of battle and doesn't impress much. Same for Valetrisa : pretty strong but not with a "I walk in a room and the focus shifts on me" aura. Therefore their ratios are rather low.

Fetohep is middle on the line. As impressive/more impressive than Flos despite being less powerful, especially personally.

I would argue Bird and other secondary antinium/goblin characters would be quite high up on the list because for some even doing a modest feat earns them lots of aura.

It was hot today, and my GPU was running for quite a while. I have a 3070 but on a 4K screen so even Vic 3 or Hoi4 or eu4 can heat it up (to like 60°C).

What is weird is that in the air tab (where you move your planes around an select your missions makes it jump all the way to 93° with fans at full blast. I think it is the yellow dashed lines that cause the problem.

Anyway, today it caused my GPU to crash, and I had to unplug the pc to turn it off. I selected ≈ 50 airwings and 5 secs later it died.

Anyone know if there is a setting or mod that could change those yellow lines (maybe remove their shadows?)
