Whats a 'improvised on set' moment that turns out was actually completely part of the script?
Probably the most notable one I remember is "Heath Ledger improvised the explosion scene in The Dark Knight when an explosion didn't go off at the right time".
Everybody and their mother was spreading this around even though the delay was completely what was supposed to happen, Heath just improvised what he did during the planned delay.
