Diabetes and Night Shift Work

Hi there.

A bit of help from people who have gone through this, are going through this or have knowledge/experience about going through this.

I can't see my specialist anytime soon so need information.

Having to consider changing jobs due to family commitments (little one) and the best options seems to be night shift work.

How much of an impact does night shift have on type 1 diabetics and how can it be managed? Any other consideration or information would be greatly appreciated.

Got diagnosed last year. Type 1 is really scary but with time and trying everything under the sun you begin to make peace by keeping your sugars in check as much as you can per 24 hours....😂 😂 😂

Hi there. Not here to brag or ask for player advice.

What resources (as specific as possible please) have you used to get better at this game? I am languishing in Rivals 6 and Elite 3 and recognise that I have hit a skill ceiling.

I do not use r3 dribble or the sorts and have a massive issue connecting tackles. I can bang in the goals but my backline gets consistently fucked in the ass. As such my win rate is pretty low.

Any help will be appreciated. And please be specific if you're saying YouTube..
