Aries w/ Cancer rising v Scorpio rising

Hi Rams! I'm in a bit of conundrum. I have a legal birth certificate, and a birth document with my footprints and weight and stuff. On them are two different birth times. One PM, and one AM. My mom says AM is the right one, and that rising (Cancer) feels closer to home. However, for the sake of research I'd like to ask you all about the differences between and Aries w/ a Cancer or Scorpio rising. Thanks xx

Wrong Birth Time

Wondering what I should do here. I have my legal birth certificate, and my birth document (it has my footprints and xyz) with two different times. Legal certificate says I was born at night, the birth document says morning. My mom also says I was born in the morning. Two totally different risings, Scorpio v Cancer. I resonate with the Cancer (morning time) way more, I look like a little cherub sweet baby angel lmao, but the times are so drastically different its really throwing me off. Should I just go with the birth document time or the legal certificate?

How do you deal with being uncomfortable?

I'm just irritated and uncomfortable all the time. I think it comes from feeling unsettled. Like I'm always in search of a better, more suitable home. Where I live, and the phase of life I'm in is dominated by movement. I haven't lived in the same place for more than one year. And everything just feels so temporary. (When I moved in I knew I wasn't going to be able to stay longer than a year. )Friends, family, my personal space, my city. I find myself feeling very angry and irritated alot because all I want is to settle down and put down roots. I feel that more than anything - making money, finding a partner, starting a family, I just want to feel settled in life. I'm very restless. Its hard to relax, and I'm always on guard. I think for other signs they can thrive in all sorts of different situations but I feel like with Cancer it has to be so specifically tailored to our energy that any little thing not in allignment can really throw us off. Hence always searching for a new shell. But I did read that crabs eventually stop molting and develop a permanent shell. Perhaps I'm just not in that phase yet.
